63 ton Truss Gantry Crane for Large - scale Construction Projects
The 63-ton lattice gantry crane used in large-scale construction projects is an efficient lifting equipment designed for heavy loads and frequent operations. Its technical parameters and functional configuration must meet stringent engineering requirements.

Technical Parameters:
| Lifting Capacity | 0-63 tons |
| Lifting Height | 15-30 m |
| Span Range | 20-50 m |
| Work Duty | A6 (Heavy grade) |
| Crane Travel Speed | 10-26 m/min |
| Trolley Travel Speed | 5-12 m/min |
Structural and safety features:
1. Modular truss design
The main beam and legs adopt a segmented structure, connected by high-strength bolts, which is convenient for transportation and on-site assembly. The material is Q355B high-strength steel, and the safety factor of key components is ≥8 to ensure stability under long-term heavy loads.
2. Windproof and braking system
Standard hydraulic windproof rail clamp (such as YFX-700/80 type), with a clamping force of 700kN, interlocked with the crane through the anemometer, automatically triggering braking when the wind force exceeds level 6. At the same time, it is equipped with a hydraulic push rod brake, with an emergency braking distance of ≤100mm to prevent the risk of hook slipping.
3. Intelligent monitoring and maintenance
Integrated loose rope detection, overspeed protection and temperature monitoring functions, real-time monitoring of equipment status through the PLC system. Modular design supports rapid replacement of faulty parts, and the maintenance cycle can be extended to 2000 hours.
Typical application scenarios:
Bridge and high-rise building construction
In the Sanming Lidong pedestrian bridge project, two 60-ton truss gantry cranes worked together to hoist an 80-ton steel box girder with a span of 38 meters, and the main bridge was closed through precise synchronous control. Similar equipment is also commonly used in the installation of high-speed railway stations and super-high-rise steel structures.
Industrial equipment installation
It can hoist large equipment such as 360-ton generator stators, and achieve high-precision positioning in a small space through the combination of modular gantry and steel strand jacks. In the petrochemical industry, the MYQ5000 jacking tower system (including 60-ton components) is used for the installation of 5,000-ton containers.
Prefabricated component handling
It is suitable for hoisting 1,700-ton prefabricated beam sections (such as the Riyadh Metro project) or large concrete modules, and cooperates with self-propelled transport vehicles to achieve "hoisting-transport-erection" integrated operations.
