The wide gauge design improves lateral stability and effectively reduces the risk of pipeline rollover; the low-top design not only facilitates the loading and unloading of pipelines, but also lowers the center of gravity of the vehicle, making the transportation process more stable. Compared with trackless transport equipment, electric flat cars rely on fixed tracks to travel, which fundamentally eliminates deviation and shaking during travel and provides a stable foundation for pipeline transportation. This track guidance feature is particularly important when transporting extra-long and extra-wide pipelines. It can ensure that the pipeline always moves smoothly along the preset path, avoiding the risk of collision caused by directional deviation, and making it easy to handle pipeline transportation in complex environments such as narrow factory areas and multiple bends.
