As a large-scale lifting equipment, double-girder overhead crane is widely used in scenarios where heavy materials or long workpieces need to be lifted frequently due to its high load capacity, flexible span and strong stability.

Industrial manufacturing: heavy workpiece lifting and production line connection
1. Metallurgy / Steel Industry :
• Scenario requirements: lifting heavy materials such as ladles (load 50-300 tons), billets (length 6-12 meters), cold-rolled steel plate stacks, etc., need to adapt to high temperature and dusty environment.
• Equipment configuration: ◦ Use metallurgical special double-beam bridge crane, with a lifting capacity of ≥100 tons, equipped with an insulated crane room (temperature ≤40℃) to prevent the influence of molten steel radiation heat;
◦ The main hook is equipped with an anti-sway device (such as a hydraulic buffer) to prevent the ladles from shaking and splashing, and the positioning accuracy is ≤50mm.
• Typical applications: lifting red-hot billets (temperature ≥800℃) in the continuous casting workshop of the steel mill, and loading and unloading steel coils (single coil weight 20-30 tons) in the cold rolling workshop of the rolling mill. 2. Heavy Machinery Manufacturing
• Scenario requirements: lifting large machine tool parts (such as gantry milling machine bed, weight 50-100 tons), ship sections (length 20-30 meters, weight 100-500 tons).
• Equipment features:
◦ Customized span (20-40 meters), adapted to the width of the workshop, lifting height 10-20 meters, to meet three-dimensional operations; ◦ Equipped with double main hooks (such as 50 tons + 50 tons), synchronous lifting of extra-long workpieces, and synchronization accuracy ≤20mm through the PLC control system.
• Case: When assembling a press in a heavy machinery factory, a double-beam bridge crane is used to lift a 200-ton fuselage component, and a hydraulic lifting platform is used to complete precise docking.
