Electric Grab Bucket for Scrap Car Processing Plant
In scrapped car processing plants, electric grabs are mainly used to grab entire scrapped cars, dismantled car body wreckage, engine blocks and other heavy metal parts. Their working conditions are characterized by heavy loads, irregular material shapes and sharp edges, so the technical parameters need to focus on "high strength, high stability and impact resistance".

Selection points
Select according to the processing stage: grab the whole vehicle before disassembly → 2-petal 5-8 ton grab; grab the broken parts after disassembly → 4-petal 10-15 ton grab.
Applicable crane: The grab weight must be ≤ 30% of the rated lifting capacity of the crane (e.g. the weight of a 20-ton grab must be ≤ 6 tons to avoid overloading).
Environmental adaptation: Outdoor processing plants need to select models with "rainproof motor cover" and "anti-rust coating" to extend service life.
