Electric Winch for Construction and Infrastructure Engineering

In construction and infrastructure projects, winches are core lifting and traction equipment. Their design needs to adapt to the complex environment of the construction site, meet heavy load requirements, and cooperate with a variety of construction scenarios.

    Core application scenarios:
    1. Vertical/horizontal transportation of materials:
Lifting construction materials: such as steel bars, cement pipes, prefabricated panels, scaffolding steel pipes, etc., especially suitable for narrow areas that tower cranes cannot cover (such as indoor floors, elevator shafts, and pipe shafts).
Horizontal traction of materials: During foundation pit excavation, drag earthmoving vehicles and concrete mixing tanks; during bridge construction, pull steel strands or prefabricated beams into place.
    2. Equipment installation and positioning
Large machinery in place: For example, the segmented lifting and assembly of construction elevators, tower crane standard sections, and concrete pump trucks require winches to cooperate with pulley blocks to achieve precise positioning.
Steel structure installation: In the construction of factories and venues, pull steel beams and steel columns to adjust the angle and fix them to ensure the accuracy of welding or bolting.
    3. Foundation and underground engineering
Pile foundation construction: Cooperate with pile drivers to pull pile hammers up and down, or control the sinking speed of the well body during caisson construction to avoid tilting.
Underground pipeline laying: Drag heavy water pipes and cable pipes through pre-buried channels, especially suitable for trenchless projects under municipal roads.
    4. Emergency and auxiliary operations
Construction site rescue: When an excavator or loader is trapped in a pit, use a winch to pull it out; or hoist debris and rescue personnel in a collapse accident.
Temporary support: In slope reinforcement, pull anchor rods and cables into place and apply pre-tightening force to enhance the stability of the mountain or foundation pit wall.
