Electromagnetic Lifting Spreader for Steel Plate Stacking

The electromagnetic lifter used for stacking and lifting steel plates is mainly an electric permanent magnet lifter, which combines the advantages of electromagnets and permanent magnet materials and can lift steel plates safely and efficiently.

Main types:
Magnetic lifters for medium and thick plates: such as the HM1 series of magnetic lifters for steel plates, which are specially designed for lifting single medium and thick plates with a thickness of ≥5mm, and can be controlled in groups to adapt to steel plates of different lengths.
Magnetic lifters for thin steel plates: such as the HM3 series of magnetic lifters for thin steel plates, which are used to lift thin steel plates with a minimum thickness of 1.5mm, and use a multi-point adsorption method to adapt to the deflection and deformation of thin plates.

Application scenarios:

Widely used in medium and thick plate plants, shipyards, machinery manufacturing plants and other places. It can be used for cutting and loading and unloading of steel plates, stacking and handling of steel plates in warehouses, and transfer of steel plates in workshops.
