High load-bearing capacity
The rated lifting capacity is usually more than 10 tons, and some special models can reach hundreds of tons, which can meet the lifting needs of heavy equipment, large components, steel and other heavy-loaded items.
High-strength structure
The load-bearing components (such as chains, wire ropes, hooks, reducers, etc.) are made of high-strength alloy steel. The fuselage frame is strong and has strong deformation resistance, which can withstand the wear and pressure of long-term heavy-load operations.
Stable power system
Equipped with high-power motors (mostly three-phase asynchronous motors), combined with precision reducers and transmission mechanisms, to ensure smooth lifting and operation, and avoid shaking or sudden stops caused by excessive loads.
Multiple safety protections
Standard overload protection (preventing exceeding the rated load), limit protection (controlling the lifting/lowering limit position), phase loss protection (avoiding motor phase loss and burning), emergency braking (rapid shutdown in case of emergencies) and other devices. Some models also have anti-sway and anti-slip hook designs.
Adapt to harsh environments
For industrial scenes with dust, high temperature, humidity, corrosive environments, special treatments can be performed (such as surface spraying of anti-corrosion coatings, sealing design to prevent dust intrusion, high temperature resistant motors, etc.) to improve equipment durability.
