Industrial Electric Drab Bucket for Lifting Ore sand in Mines

    Core performance: Adapt to complex working conditions in mines
    The working environment in mines is harsh (high dust, high vibration, large temperature difference between day and night), and electric grabs need to have strong adaptability and high efficiency:
    Strong gripping force: Equipped with a dual-speed asynchronous motor (power 5.5-15kW), the torque is amplified by a planetary gear reducer, and the gripping flap closing speed reaches 0.8-1.2m/s. The gripping force can be adjusted according to the density of the ore sand (such as adjusting the gripping force of dry sand to prevent excessive extrusion, and adjusting the gripping force of wet heavy ore sand to prevent falling off), ensuring the stability of the single grabbing volume (1-5 cubic meters/time).
    Dust and corrosion resistance: The electrical system adopts IP65 protection level (dustproof, low-pressure water spray proof), the motor stator winding is painted and moisture-proof, and the junction box has a built-in sealing ring. Even in the high dust and water vapor environment of the mine, short circuit faults can be avoided, and the continuous working time is ≥8 hours/day.
    Flexible adaptation: The grab opening is designed to be 1.2-4 meters, which can match the common bridge cranes, gantry cranes, crawler cranes and other equipment in the mine. For different silo opening sizes (round, square), the "adjustable grab angle" function can be optionally installed. When unloading, the grab opening angle reaches 120°-180°, which is suitable for various unloading scenarios.

    Advantages of adapting to mining scenarios
    Open-pit mine yard: The jagged edge of the grab can easily penetrate the ore pile, and cooperate with the crane to move over a large range to quickly complete the transfer of ore from the yard to the transport vehicle, which is 8-10 times more efficient than manual loading and unloading;
    Underground ore warehouse: Small electric grab (weight ≤2 tons) is adapted to the underground narrow-track crane to achieve short-distance transfer of ore from the mining site to the hoist in a limited space, avoiding secondary cleaning caused by the ore falling to the ground;
    Crushing station feeding: Through laser positioning, the ore is accurately fed into the crusher feed port, and the feeding deviation is ≤15cm, which reduces the waste of side materials and ensures stable crushing efficiency.
