Versatile: Adapts to common modular housing module sizes (3-4 meters wide, 6-12 meters long), with an adjustable lifting beam (with fine-tunable hook spacing) preferred.
Low Cost: The main structure utilizes Q235B steel (I-beams/channels), with welding replacing precision machining.

Structural form selection:

1. Fixed lifting beam: Standard size modules, Main load-bearing beam + fixed lifting lug, simple structure.

2. Adjustable lifting beam: Multi-size modules, Main load-bearing beam + sliding lugs (bolt adjustment spacing)

3. Truss type hanging beam: Large span modules, I-beam + diagonal bracing reinforcement, light weight and high strength
