The Strapsfor lifting pipes is a flexible lifting device designed for the lifting needs of long pipes such as steel pipes, PVC pipes, concrete pipes, etc. Its core function is to achieve stable lifting, transportation and stacking of pipes while avoiding damage to the surface of the pipes (such as scratches and deformation).

Flexible contact, zero damage protection
The main body of the sling is made of fiber material, with a soft surface and no hard edges and corners. It will not scratch when in contact with the pipe (scratches on the surface of metal pipes may cause rust, and scratches on plastic pipes affect sealing); the wide design disperses the pressure to prevent the pipe from being dented due to local pressure (especially thin-walled pipes, such as DN100 galvanized pipes with a wall thickness of only 3-4mm).
Balance of high strength and low elongation
Using high modulus fibers (such as aramid), the elongation is ≤1% under rated load to ensure the stability of the pipe posture during hoisting (no "falling" or "shaking"), especially suitable for the precise positioning requirements of long pipes (such as 12-meter steel pipes).
Customized design to fit pipe shape
Customizable length: According to the spacing of pipe lifting points (usually 2-4 lifting points are set along the length of the pipe), the length error of the sling is controlled within ±50mm to ensure uniform force;
End connection adaptation: The end metal accessories (lifting rings, hooks) are made of high-strength alloy (such as 42CrMo), tempered (hardness HRC28-32), and anti-corrosion coating (zinc-nickel alloy plating, salt spray resistance ≥1000 hours), suitable for crane hooks or special balance beams.
Weather resistance and environmental adaptability
Ultraviolet resistance: The fiber is treated with UV stabilizer, and the strength decay is ≤10% within 5 years under outdoor exposure (annual radiation ≤150kWh/m²);
Chemical corrosion resistance: It can withstand the erosion of seaside salt spray (concentration ≤5%) and industrial dust (such as sulfide), suitable for onshore and offshore pipe stacking scenarios.
