Delivery of 20 t -16 m Single Girder E.O.T Crane for Scrap Warehouse of Machinery Factory

    Recently, our company has completed the factory inspection of a 20-ton 16-meter single-girder bridge crane (referred to as "single-beam bridge crane") for a large machinery factory. The equipment will specifically solve the problem of heavy waste transfer in the machinery factory's waste warehouse, and help customers realize the automation and efficiency upgrade of industrial waste treatment processes. ​

    The single-beam bridge crane shipped this time is a customized product precisely designed according to the operating scene of the machinery factory's waste warehouse. Its core parameters directly hit the pain points of waste transfer: the rated lifting capacity is 20 tons, which can easily lift large pieces of waste such as heavy scrap steel parts and scrap anvils commonly seen in machinery factories; the 16-meter main beam span perfectly fits the lateral space of the customer's waste warehouse, covering the entire operating range from the waste storage area to the transport vehicle, and the waste loading and unloading can be completed without multiple shifts. ​
    In view of the characteristics of "heavy weight, complex shape, and easy to scatter" of machinery factory waste, the equipment has made multiple optimizations in detail design. The lifting mechanism adopts a dual braking system (electromagnetic brake + manual emergency brake) to ensure the stability of heavy-loaded waste during lifting and lowering, and the braking slippage is controlled within 30mm; the operating mechanism is equipped with a variable frequency speed control device, and the trolley running speed can be smoothly adjusted between 15-40m/min to avoid sudden stops and sudden turns that cause waste to shake and scatter. In addition, the overload protection device (accuracy ±3%) carried by the equipment can monitor the load in real time, and automatically cut off the power supply when the lifting weight exceeds the rated value by 10%, avoiding safety risks from the source. ​
    "The main beam of this single-beam bridge crane is made of Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel. After shot blasting and anti-corrosion spraying, it can still maintain long-term stable operation in the dusty and humid environment of the waste warehouse." The production manager of our company introduced that the working level of the equipment has reached A5 level, which can meet the customer's high-frequency waste transportation needs of 8 hours a day. It is expected to increase the waste processing efficiency by more than 40% and greatly reduce the labor intensity of manual handling.​

     At present, the equipment has been shipped to the customer site, and will be installed and debugged by our technical team in the future. It is expected to be put into formal operation next month.
