    Rolling mills are densely packed with equipment (rolling mills, grinders, and test benches), exacerbating the drawbacks of traditional cranes, which often take up space and block aisles.

    The semi-gantry design: One side supports the horizontal beam, while the other side is attached to the workshop building (or utilizes overhead space). This saves 30% of floor space and allows the roll storage and processing areas to function independently.

    Customizable spans: The horizontal beam span ranges from 8 to 18 meters (to accommodate varying workshop widths), while the column height can be extended to 10 to 15 meters (to accommodate finished rolls from upper shelves), achieving full utilization of the three-dimensional space.
    2. Precision Lifting: Millimeter-level Control Protects Roller Accuracy
    The roller surface accuracy reaches Ra0.8μm (mirror-like), ensuring zero impact or tilt during lifting.

    Microcontroller Technology:
    The lifting system utilizes a servo motor and planetary reducer, achieving a speed precision of 0.1m/min (snail-slow, yet rock-steady), minimizing impact during roller lifting.

    The crossbeam utilizes laser navigation and a magnetic scale, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±2mm, ensuring a seamless fit between the roller and the grinder and assembly table.

    Anti-sway: A built-in intelligent anti-sway algorithm (or mechanical damper) ensures roller swing is ≤5cm during lifting, preventing centrifugal force from scratching the surface. 3. Damage Protection: Toughly Competing Against Dust and Bumps
    The rolling mill is filled with dust (metal debris, coolant mist), and the equipment is densely packed with sharp corners, requiring cranes to be both internally and externally robust:
    External Durability:
    The running wheels utilize polyurethane-coated wheels for wear resistance and vibration reduction, reducing wheel and rail wear by 60% when operating on dusty surfaces.
    Customized V-shaped rubber pads for the hoist (adapted to the curved surface of the roller) provide elastic cushioning and anti-slip properties, preventing metal-to-metal contact damage to the roller.
    Internal Protection:
    The electrical system is integrated into an IP65 sealed cabinet, isolating it from dust and oil, and extending the life of the motor and controller by two times.
    Equipped with an automatic lubrication system, the bearings and chain are regularly greased, reducing the frequency of manual maintenance. IV. Intelligent Adaptation: A "Dedicated Lifter" for All Roll Types
    From cold-rolling work rolls (Ø500mm, 10t) to hot-rolling backup rolls (Ø1500mm, 80t), the gantry crane achieves full adaptability through "spreader quick-change + parameter memory":
    Spreader Library: A variety of spreaders, including V-type, wrap-around, and electromagnetic chuck spreaders, are available. Automatic quick-change mechanisms (≤30 seconds) accommodate diverse roll configurations.
    Working Condition Memory: Over 100 built-in lifting scenarios (such as "grinder loading and unloading mode" and "finished product palletizing mode") are available, allowing operators to access them with a single click, eliminating repeated adjustments.
