The key to safe operation of cranes: rail clamps

    Gantry cranes, tower cranes and other equipment operating outdoors often face the risk of slipping due to strong winds, sloping sites, etc. The track clamp, as a core safety device to prevent the crane from accidentally moving, is like installing an "anti-slip anchor" on the equipment, building a solid line of defense for its stable operation.

    The rail clamp is mainly installed next to the traveling mechanism of the crane, and cooperates closely with the track. Through mechanical or hydraulic drive, the clamp is tightly clamped on both sides of the rail, and the friction force is used to lock the position of the crane.

It has a wide range of application scenarios:

1. On gantry cranes at port terminals, it can withstand the impact of strong winds such as typhoons and prevent equipment from slipping and colliding on the track.

2. On tire-mounted gantry cranes in open-air cargo yards, it can be used in conjunction with anchoring devices to enhance the stability of the equipment during parking or loading and unloading operations.

3. On sloping construction site tracks, it can prevent the crane from sliding down due to its own weight, ensuring operational safety.
