Unique design adapted to fertilizer transportation:
(I) Protective vehicle body structure
Fertilizer is corrosive to a certain extent. The vehicle body of the trackless electric flat car is made of corrosion-resistant materials, such as stainless steel or steel treated with special anti-corrosion coating, which can effectively resist the erosion of fertilizer on the vehicle body and extend the service life of the vehicle. At the same time, the table is sealed to prevent fertilizer particles from spilling into the vehicle body and damaging electrical components or mechanical parts.
(II) Large volume load design
In order to improve transportation efficiency, the size of the flat car table can be customized as needed and can load a large amount of bagged or bulk fertilizer. For example, the common table specifications can reach 6000×2500mm, which can carry several tons of fertilizer at a time and reduce the number of transportation trips. In addition, some flat cars are also equipped with adjustable fences, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the fertilizer loading amount to prevent fertilizer from falling during transportation.
